If you’ve subscribed to 7TV, all payments are securely handled via Stripe, our payment provider. Whether you want to update your payment method, view your invoice history, or cancel your subscription, Stripe makes it easy to manage everything in one place.
Accessing the Stripe Billing Portal
To manage your Stripe billing details:
Go to your 7TV Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click on Billing (you’ll see an external link icon).
This will redirect you to the Stripe customer portal.
Logging Into Stripe
Once redirected, enter the email address you used to subscribe to 7TV (Provided at checkout with Stripe).
Click Send, and Stripe will email you a secure login link.
Open your inbox and follow the link to access your billing dashboard.
⚠️ If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, double-check your spam folder or ensure you entered the correct email address.
What You Can Do in the Stripe Dashboard
Once inside, you’ll be able to:
View your active subscription
See plan type, status, renewal date, and cancellation options
Update your payment methods
Add or remove cards, set a new default, or switch to PayPal
Pay outstanding subscription fees
Settle any missed payments directly
View billing history
Access full transaction records for your account with us.
